Sep 6, 2023 · A bit late, but for anyone else having this problem I have found that the Pets Overhaul mod by Pearlie causes this. The giant clam is pissing me off because he's only taking one damage EVEN when it's shell isn't closed AND I'm wearing a shark tooth necklace. What do I do because I'm decently far in pre-hardmode and I still can't beat it.
