Overall i would say that Rhts is a little bit better. Dalinsia usually abit more tanky. I've heard relic hunter treasure seekers are very good too. And Liam is the most powerful nordheimer. Dalinsia Snowhunter, Beastmaster Teimos, Cimmerian Berserker. The latter has a guaranteed spawn at the Mounds. She's gotten pretty decent stat upgrades and only positive perks. She has 7.8k HP and probably 40 Str, including bonuses.
