The ECO light also doesn't turn on anymore. I did a quick search and this seems to be a code for an oil pressure switch on the firewall-side of the engine that deals with VCM. If the pressure switch is what the problem is, the P3400 should turn into a P3497, which is the same code but instead of bank 1 it's bank 2. Then you know for sure the switch is bad.
