I'm returning to LotRO after many years away and I was wondering which server has the most consistent population for a west coast player? Ideally playing time would be 5-10 pm Pacific time. Obviously world chat is what it is (unless things have changed since Moria) but a server without drama would be ideal.You can experience more of the quests without over-leveling all the areas and moving on or everything turning insanely easy and boring.
