I really depends on what you call "available". Sure, you can now delete an L5P, BUT, you have to do the computer swaps (ECM / TCM). This delete option is costing many $6k - $7k. It is not a viable option. Many such as myself are still waiting for the true tuning option that will eventually come along.

Your Allison came with Dex-IV in it from GM, Dex-IV is a synthetic and a very good fluid. Doing a double drain is a waste of money personally.
