I just used it in the AM to prime/preview for the day and refresh from the day before. In the PM I read it blandly to refresh the days knowledge and preview the next day.

The 300 pg doc is used to establish a comprehensive knowledge base. Doing UWorld problems is a more valuable use of your time if you've already reviewed a decent amount of p/s. Just read the 86 pg doc. You can go through it in a day (provided its not your primary studying material and it's just review).

Spend more time w/ the 300 page document. It is one of the best book sets availability for having near-total depth of content without going way too far into detail. When I began studying, it was winter break, so I focused on reading the Kaplan books/Vanilla doc for about 7-8 hours a day, including doing the review questions in the books.
