They said it's if the blocker is 90 lbs bigger, that's when the fatigue penalty gets applied. Vanilla Madden needs to increase the threshold as well. Defenses can also make adjustments to pretty much take away and play. On all Madden it's not dynamic. It's like having your opponent listening in to your calls and knows all your signals.
