i completely agree with you in that Phoebe was a completely different character in season 3. she was almost unrecognizable honestly from the previous two seasons. in the first two seasons, she had such a good character development and growth which was shown greatly. this season imo, felt like she was regressing and losing that growth, especially during the cole situation (i love him though).
