The food was absolutely spectacular, the service was attentive, the atmosphere was beautiful and literally everything was right. Hands-down, this was the best dining experience we had in all of our days while visiting Stowe. Edson Hill's recent makeover is the best thing that has ever happened to this property. The new owners have turned Edson Hill into a stylish Stowe destination.
