The king of the third Lostbelt, Qin Shi Huang is a fabulous dystopian cyberpunk robot emperor. He’s the first Ruler to be introduced since Sherlock was a year and a half ago, and he makes a strong case for being the best in his class. Mechanically he’s kind of like a hybrid of Leonidas and Inshun, but as an SSR Ruler.In short, Sen is a good addition to the game—it’s only timing and context that make her less exciting than she might otherwise be. High Critical Potential. EMIYA’s second skill, Clairvoyance, was long regarded as useless since it only provided a small star generation buff to a servant with unremarkable hit counts. However, its upgraded version, Hawkeye, puts just about every other critical-based skill currently in the game to shame.
Semi-supports tend to be somewhat unpopular and Semi is functionally fairly typical as semi-supports go, but she’s good enough that you should be able to get some good use out of her if you want to.
