Kawasaki mule overheating.
There is a bleeder on the water pump itself. Fill one radiator until coolant runs out of the bleeder, tighten it, fill until the radiators are both full, then run the engine. Should be no bubbles after 30 seconds run time. If bubbling doesn't stop, the system is leaking somewhere. Normally a head gasket or broken head.

Mine always starts - not difficult at all. I got it new off the showroom floor it hadn't been prepped for delivery so it had no fluids or battery in it.
